Your seat (s) in the Meet the Expert session (s) will be definitively reserved upon receipt of your fee. To access the payment platform, CLICK HERE.

As seats are limited, if we do not receive your payment within the next 2 weeks, your registration in the Meet The Expert session (s) will be automatically canceled.

Meet the Expert Sessions are an opportunity for informal scientific exchange with a global authority in the field. These sessions are reserved for 25 to 30 participants only. They are open to academic biologists and clinicians only. They will take place 100% live and it will not be recorded. This means that you must be connected to the platform at the CEST time indicated in the program. If you are not sure to join the meeting, please leave your seat open so that another participant can benefit.

Meet the Expert Sessions are interactive sessions. Please bring a clinical case for the discussion, be aware that the Experts will be present to answer your questions and give you guidance. They will not give a formal presentation. Therefore, please be aware that by registering in this session, you agree to: turn on your webcam and microphone and ask at least one question during the session.

When you wish to ask a question or make a comment, please raise your hand and wait until the Experts give you the floor before turning your microphone on.

You will receive the link (s) to access the session (s) closer to the E-Conference.

To access the content reserved to registered participants (on demand program – lectures and E-Posters, E-Book, live program), you will just need to enter the email address you used to register when required.

TIMING OF THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM:
Participants will be joining us from all over the world and from different time zones. We want to make sure that everyone has access to the full scientific program at a convenient hour. For this reason, registration allows you to join both the LIVE PROGRAM and the recorded PROGRAM ON DEMAND.
The E-Conference platform will remain open from September 27 to November 10, 2021 so that you can view and revisit the program’s full scientific content at times convenient to you.

THE LIVE PROGRAM: October 7 – 10, 2021– CEST time
Join us live for the roundtable, Meet the Expert sessions, interactive panel discussions, Q&A periods, and Mentored Poster Walks. It will also include some pre-recorded lectures that will be streamed live, followed by their corresponding fully live Q&A period.

The PROGRAM ON DEMAND: September 27 – November 10, 2021
Access the pre-recorded components of the scientific program as of September 27, 2021. The meetings live components will be recorded real time and will progressively enrich the Program on Demand (following speakers’ approval). Access to the meeting’s full scientific content will remain open on the E-Conference platform until November 10, 2021.

E-Posters: September 27 – November 10, 2021
The Poster Hall will also remain open until November 10, 2021. The Mentored Poster Walks will be recorded real time. They will thereafter become available within the Program on Demand.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIA LIVE AND ON DEMAND:
Symposia organized independently by our corporate partners in conjunction with the 23^rd Annual John Goldman E-Conference on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia: Biology and Therapy, will also be available Live and On Demand, as described above.
